Sun Ray Pro Gold Headphones
Sun Ray Detector Electronics is pleased to announce a new upgrade to our already very popular Pro headphones. This upgrade results in an improvement to our Pro version and is referred to as the Sun Ray Pro Gold. The "Gold" features a new soft leather headband and soft leather muffs as well as a new brilliant gold Sun Ray logo w/gold bar added.
The new foam padded soft leather muffs are not only more comfortable than the earlier vinyl muffs, they do not develop a "memory". They conform to the shape of your head around your ears when worn and when taken off return to their original shape! Vinyl which normally has a life expectancy of (3) three years can get harder with time, and the elements, which can cause a less comfortable fit as well as a noticable increase in ambient (outside) noise. The old Sun Ray Pros yielded a 24 decibel reduction in ambient noise blocking ability when new. The new Sun Ray Pro Gold version yields a 26 decibel reduction in ambient noise blocking abiltiy and continues to block that noise day in and day out, year in and year out because they stay soft and comfortable! All of the other features that the earlier Sun Ray Pro version had remain the same features on the "Gold" version with the same limited lifetime warranty.
High output 150 ohm (nominal impedance) speaker elements which are certified as hearing aid compatible and are sensitive enough to pick up even the faintest of signals. Aluminum case construction with polymer cones for moisture and sweat protection.
Dual 32 position "segmented or detent" volume controls Limiter circuit on/off switch. (Reduces loud blasts from surface targets, while allowing the faintest of signal responses to be clearly heard.)
Mode selector switch makes the new Sun Ray Pro Gold compatible with most metal detectors. Toggle switch rubber boots keep moisture and dirt out of toggle switches! Comfortable, lightweight leather muff dual swivel point ear cups and adjustable leather headband. One of the industries most durable coiled cables with external strain relief and 1/4" right angle, molded gold plated plug.

Falcon Gold Probe MD20
The Falcon Gold Probe is a very lightweight and inexpensive gold detector. It is extremely sensitive to very small gold, much smaller than can be detected with normal nugget detectors. With sensitivity as small as 2/100 of a grain, it can basically detect any gold visible to the human eye. The Falcon MD20 only has two controls, and so is very easy to operate.
The main drawback to the unit is the very small area that it scans. For very small gold the effective scanning area is about an inch wide by and inch deep. Larger gold may be detected a bit deeper, but very small gold is really what this unit is made for. You would therefore not use the Falcon like a regular nugget detector. It excels at specific uses. Two of it's best applications are scanning quartz samples for enclosed gold, and tracing crevices in bedrock for sniping. The unit could pay for itself quickly in a crevicing operation.
The Falcon MD20 comes complete with control box and waterproof handheld probe. The unit has a built-in speaker, but may also be used with 1/8" jack headphones (not included). The Falcon Gold Probe comes complete with a one year limited warranty. Please note that the Falcon is not a "gold only" detector. It detects any conductive items and so has uses for anyone looking for tiny metal items. But there is no ability to differentiate between different metals.

Plastic Trowel
This plastic digging trowel is handy for separating small targets from soil. The non-metallic construction allows it to be passed over the detector searchcoil to test for gold. 11" long x 3" wide.

Plastic Nugget Scoop
This tough plastic scoop is the answer to locating small nuggets in a pile of soil. Scoop and wave material over coil... a signal indicates the target is in the scoop. By removing material and rechecking the scoop, it is easy to rapidly recover even the smallest bits of gold. Eliminates the problem with sensitive detectors actually picking up your hand! The scoop is also great for cleaning out pockets and crevices. 12.5" long x 3.75" wide.
