This is a genuine Minelab replacement power cable for the one that comes stock on the Minelab SD/GP series detectors, except the SD2000. This cable is a longer lasting heavier duty power cable than that provided with the SD units. You need one of these as the power cable can fail with heavy use and if it does... you are out of business! Also required if you have a spare battery and want to charge it while using your detector.
