This excellent and inexpensive book has very detailed instructions on how to properly tumble polish rocks and gems. It also has information on how to make jewelry items out of the final product. Well illustrated with many b&w and color photographs. 8" x 11" 31 pages.

Belt for 3A Tumbler This is the replacement drive belt for the 3 lb. model 3A tumbler.

4-Step Tumbler Grit Kit The Lortone Rock Tumbling Abrasive and Polish Kit contains enough material to polish up to 12 pounds of rock. Four resealable plastic containers contain 16 oz. coarse (60/90 grit), 14 oz. fine (120/220 grit), 12 oz. SISA pre-polish, and 12 oz. titanium oxide polish media. Use more or less media depending on the type of material being processed.  

Lortone Pre-Polish 1 lb. Pre-polish is used in the third step of the tumbling process and prepares the stone for the final polishing step. This 1 lb. resealable container of Aluminum Oxide Pre-Polish is the replacement item for the pre-polish contained in the LR59030 Grit Kit.  

Lortone Tumbler Polish 1 lb. Polish is used in the fourth and final step of the tumbling process and gives the stone that "wet" look. This 1 lb. resealable container of Aluminum Oxide Polish is the replacement item for the polish contained in the LR59030 Grit Kit.  

Lortone Tumbler Polish 5 lb. Polish is used in the fourth and final step of the tumbling process and gives the stone that "wet" look. This 5 lb. resealable container of Aluminum Oxide Polish is the replacement item for the polish contained in the LR59030 Grit Kit but the larger quantity is a better value for those who are doing lots of tumbling. 

Coarse Tumbler Grit 1 lb. Coarse grit is used in the first step of the tumbling process. Stones should be run with coarse grit until they reach the final desired shape. For rough material, this may require extra time, and lots of coarse grit. This 16 oz. resealable container of 60/90 silicon carbide grit is the replacement item for the coarse grit contained in the LR59030 Grit Kit.  

Medium Tumbler Grit 1 lb. Medium grit is used in the second step of the tumbling process and prepares the stone for the polishing steps. This 16 oz. resealable container of 120/220 silicon carbide grit is the replacement item for the medium grit contained in the LR59030 Grit Kit. 

Lortone Plastic Pellets 1 lb. One pound bag of round, hard plastic pellets. Use in the pre-polish and polish stages to cushion delicate stones, protecting them from chipping. Also works well as a filler for smaller loads. Long wearing and reusable.
