Warn winches are popular and so there are a lot of them out there. There is a recal on 2500 - 3500 lb winches manufactured between May 2001 and September 1st 2005. This is not a new recall but you may not have seen it, and certainly something to be aware of if you purchase a used ATV or other product that has one of these winches.
