Experience the only show of its type in Alaska. A show intended for the weekend prospector and recreational miner. Local clubs will be on hand to tell you what their organizations have to offer and teach you what they can about prospecting and metal detecting. And since this will all be taking place at one of the most popular mining locations in Alaska you can try your hand at finding a little gold!

Saturday
Metal Detecting Hunt

20 Tokens with one token per hunter awarded a prize. $20 entrance fee with start time at 10AM for a one hour hunt.

Sunday
Gold Panning Contest

Three categories, Children 12 & under at 10AM, Women at 11AM, and Men at 1PM. $20 entry fee, prizes will be awarded to top three times in each category.

Salted gold panning will be going on starting at 9AM each day. One ticket will be given for each bag purchased at $5 per bag or 5 bags for $20. This ticket will be for door prizes to be awarded at 4PM each day. The more you pan, the better your chances of getting a door prize. You must be present at 4PM to win a door prize!
