Alaska Mining & Diving Supply provides a 30 day warranty on many pre-owned items that we offer for sale. This equipment has been checked out and/or refurbished by Alaska Mining & Diving Supply to the extent that we are willing to "Certify" or offer a limited warranty on the item. Only items expressly offered with this warranty are covered by it. Items sold on consignment or "As-Is" are NOT subject to coverage under this warranty! This warranty supersedes any warranty which may be found in any printed or online documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer.This warranty is simple. Alaska Mining & Diving Supply, Inc. certifies that for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase that the item will be free of defects that prevent the item from being used for it's intended purpose. All items are represented as "pre-owned", "used", or as "demo" units. This means that the cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear incurred from prior use are not covered under this warranty.
Items covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced by Alaska Mining & Diving Supply. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time frame (30 days or less) than a refund may be issued. All decisions regarding the applicability of this warranty and the available options will be made solely by Alaska Mining & Diving Supply, Inc.
To receive coverage under this warranty Alaska Mining & Diving Supply must be notified within 30 days of the invoice date of a potential warranty issue. Your invoice is your warranty card and should be retained as proof of warranty. The item must be returned to Alaska Mining & Diving Supply for evaluation and possible service. Any shipping charges to and from Alaska Mining & Diving Supply are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs or other costs incurred by a lack of product serviceability are expressly not covered under this warranty. Under no circumstances will Alaska Mining & Diving Supply be held liable for any more than the refund of the purchase price of the item less any shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items physically broken by customer use or abuse are not covered under this warranty unless said breakage is as the result of a flaw or defect in materials. Breakage in and of itself is not considered proof of a flaw or defect in materials.
Alaska Mining & Diving Supply, Inc makes no other express warranty or condition whether written or oral to the extent allowed by local law. Any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.
