AMDS - Alaska Mining & Diving Supply has always tried to offer the best service possible for the products it sells. In this day and age most retailers do not directly service the products they sell, but send you elsewhere when the product needs service. Alaska Mining & Diving Supply maintains a Service Department that is larger than most competitor's entire operations.The stand-alone facility houses ten employees, all dedicated to giving you the best service possible. Their factory training and certifications, combined with a massive investment in tools, ensure proper and reliable servicing of your equipment. The Service Department received the OMC Service Excellence Award for 15 consecutive years.
In 1999 Alaska Mining & Diving Supply dramatically expanded it's Service Department. Additional shop space and technicians were added to what was already the largest facility of it's type in Alaska. This has helped to keep up with the rapid growth the company has experienced in recent years.
In 2010 AMDS became an employee owned company, and so the
owner/employees now have a vested interest in seeing that you receive
the best service possible.
